The Traditional Council hereby gives public notice of an ongoing Stool Land Registration Exercise within the traditional area.
Purpose
This exercise aims to properly document and register all stool lands within the jurisdiction of the traditional area, in accordance with established customary practices and in cooperation with relevant government agencies.
Affected Areas
The registration exercise covers all lands under the jurisdiction of the Anyima Stool and associated sub-stools.
Requirements
All individuals, families, and organizations with interests in stool lands are required to:
- Present relevant documentation of their land interests
- Cooperate with the registration team
- Attend scheduled community meetings regarding the exercise
