A state-of-the-art vocational training facility providing comprehensive skills training in carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and tailoring for youth in the traditional area.
The Technical Skills Training Centre represents a significant investment in the future of our youth, equipping them with practical skills that lead to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The facility includes fully equipped workshops, classrooms, and administrative offices.
Training programs are designed in partnership with industry experts and include both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical experience. The centre has the capacity to train 200 students annually across multiple trades.
Since its inauguration, the centre has graduated over 150 students, with 85% finding employment or starting their own businesses within six months of graduation. The centre continues to expand its programs and partnerships with local businesses to ensure training remains relevant to market needs.
The centre also provides mentorship and business development support to graduates, helping them transition from training to successful careers. Regular follow-up ensures that graduates receive ongoing support as they establish themselves in their chosen fields.
